Post-construction cleaning is the final clean of space after a new build, refurbishment, or fit-out - before handover or occupation.
Reinigungsservice Gress carries it out for offices, law firms, and other commercial premises in Berlin, usually plannable at short notice within a few days and carried out by our own fixed team. The scope starts with a rough clean: removing construction debris, packaging, and coarse dirt. Next comes the fine clean - construction dust from floors, walls, doors, radiators, and fittings, right into the corners - plus removing protective film, adhesive, and mortar residue from windows and glass surfaces, and the final clean of newly installed washrooms and kitchens, including fittings and tiles.
Floors in tile, parquet, or vinyl are deep-cleaned, with first-care treatment on request. The result is a handover that ranges from broom-clean to fully move-in ready, depending on what is agreed - timed to your handover or move-in date, weekends on request.
